XActions is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to X Corp (formerly Twitter, Inc.) in any way.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring your use complies with X/Twitter's Terms of Service
  • Any consequences resulting from automation on your account
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • Using the tools in a reasonable, non-abusive manner

5. Prohibited Uses

XActions is open-source software licensed under the MIT License. You may use, modify, and distribute the code in accordance with the license terms.

10. Subscription & Payments

For paid features:

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
